Ghosts in the Toybox is a collection of places, things and creatures to incorporate into a game of Liminal Horror, originally made for the Horror of the Americas Jam. Each entry stands on its own, but are based around subjects that interest me. So expect some recurring themes.
VOLUME 1: NOSTALGIA, TECHNOLOGY AND THE UNKNOWN
I've had a lot of ideas for this collection, so to speed things up, I've broken down the anthology into a series of volumes.
Volume one consists of three entries:
- A Mysterious Creature. A radiant visitor from a distant future. Speaks through prophecy and technology.
- An Anomalous Location. An Urban Legend that can raise the dead.
- A Resonant Artifact. A childhood relic that can commune with the dead.

You know when you run across an idea that’s so well executed you wish you’d thought of it yourself? This is one of those. It’s a short compilation of encounters, creatures, and artifacts for Liminal Horror and every single thing is both easily usable and spot-on for flavor.
